Program Review is a formal undertaking every six years, tied to the Accreditation process.  It is a systematic process of gathering, analyzing, reporting, and applying data about a program and its curriculum
The timeline established by the Office of Instruction must be adhered to. Curriculum Review is now due BEFORE Self-Study and both must be completed within 2 years for Program Review to be complete.

Distance Learning Committee
The Distance Learning Committee, a standing committee of the Butte College Academic Senate, is responsible for maintaining certification training for instructors and for evaluating submitted online and hybrid courses in light of Course Diagnostic Standards dealing in part with accessibility and instructor-student contact.
